transmission upgrade

hello, people's i just bought a second car (salvage 03 cl type s 25k miles auto)which i plan to use as my project car . plan to SC and intercool that baby. i have done a little research and i would like to know how i can upgrade the transmission to withstand at least 375 whp not many shops that i know off will do a trasmission upgrade using the original equipment at least to my knowledge. Most just replace the whole thing using a beefier setup and adapt it to work with the car. Any place at all will be of help especially any where close to columbus, ohio

i know , i have seen Mr steve and allmotor run the comptech SC and intercooler mods on their stock transmission but i would not like to do that especially if its a second car and a daily driver.

pls any help will be appreciated............

all motor is different, he has a 6 speed.

As for a whole different transmission, doubt it would work. Our transmission also control the speed of the axles. It would probably be easier buying a built transmission from Velocity Resources, or whatever they're called now.

Contact Jason or Dean from Speed Distributors @ 407-299-0534.

They are the only ones with the contacts for the upgraded transmission. It will probably run you around $2,500.

I am running the stock transmission until I hit 100k miles and the warranty is up. My dealership has installed all of my mods and they cover everything if it breaks. Tischer Acura is the best (shameless plug )

Last I heard they don't do the upgraded transmissions anymore.

Don't know why though.
