should i be worried if the car has over 50,000 or 60,000. i dont want the tranny to blow and not be able to pay for it. when does the warranty end and is there a way acura will pay for it.

most warranties end at 50000 miles it think. I have 30000 on my 01 CL and have had no problems yet..... Check to see if the previious owner has changed the time belt though because those give away around 60K-70K. Great car other wise. i love mine

 

tranny warranty on CL goes to 100,000 miles.

I bought one just last month, 6/25/03. The owners manual was in the glove box and there was still some paperwork from the previous owner, with phone number. He called me back to say it was his wifes car, no problems,great car. I'm taking it in tomorrow, bet they put a new tranny in it. I guess she didn't drive it like I did.
