Symptoms of Tranny problems

I've seen a lot of post about tranny problems. I just bought a '01 Acura CL Type S 3 days ago and I was just wonderin what kind of symptoms I should be lookin for if the tranny might be dyin or malfuntioning?

mine suddenly slips badly in 2nd gear going up hill. bought it to the dealer the next morning, and found out I need a new tranny.

My trans sometimes slips while accelerating from 2nd to 3rd. I'm taking it back to the dealer AGAIN! It never slips when (if) they drive it!
