New tranny, same problem.. lucky me

Well I just picked up the CLs from the dealer last night.. and on my lovely LONG drive to the client this morning, the same issues start happening.
(Car won't shift before 4000-4200 rpm, the + and - don't work between 1st and 2nd gear.. which I think is normal, but it's annoying as @#$@# in stop and go traffic when I'm the idiot revving the Sh!t out of the engine like some super slick cool kids do around here. The other funny thing that I noticed, in 1st gear the torque convertor lets go if you lift off the gas.. so if I'm driving at 3500 rpm.. well it feels like its in neutral if i lift and the rpms drop to lets say 2000 rpm.. then when the car slows down.. BAM.. we're in gear again. 2nd gear is different, it's exactly like a manual, speed up, and let go of the gas; and the engine breaks too. This is such a great feature, I feel so spoiled that it's FREE, I didn't even have to pay extra..)

Okay, enough sarcasm, I guess it's back in the cute Hyunday loaners for me.

I had the car for about 3 months, and I believe I spent 4 weeks (+/- a few days) in the loaner car.
I'm looking on the Florida's Lemon law website.. check it out!! (http://myfloridalegal.com/resale.nsf/VINLiabMan)

most of the cars, i mean 80% are Acuras from around 2002.. GOOD JOB HONDA!!
Even GMs are putting the TL and CL to shame.

Anyways, I'm tired of this P.O.S.
I'll try to sell it back to them and buy somthing reliable.. like a Pontiac Sunfire! maybe I'll be able to drive that for 2 months straight without dealer visits.

I realize this post has no value to anybody that reads it.. It's just me ranting. Well, maybe Florida folks might want that url, but mods, feel free to delete this thread.

p.s. I have a Chrysler Sebring till they diagnose the tranny... sweeet
