I just found out from another acura website (not allowed to be mentioned here for some reason) that there is a law firm working on a suit against Honda about the transmission issue.

They want people to email them with their tranny problems and if there was any damages as a result (besides the car, i.e. property, bodily harm, etc.)

I may take the list noted on the other forum and send them the link.

if ya guys need any help with the law suite, lemme know I am a Acura tech, and U aint gotta tell me that 5AT sucks, and TL is Acuras worst car ever made- Vigors don't break down ! I am ready to quit Acura anyways. So if I can get something from them for destroying my back from doing these damn things on daily basis, I'm all game.

 

That has been going on for some time.... many months actually. There's probably no harm in joining in... but honestly, they're not going to get anywhere with it. Acura has extended the powertrain warranty and is replacing trannies when they die... what else can they do? Unless you've had an unusual amount of problems (like 3 or 4 trannies), you've got nothing.
