I am getting #4

Tranny #3 is being replaced. The car has been at the dealer for 2+ weeks already, I don't know what is taking them so long. I have been driving a rental 4-cyl Mazda6 all this time.

Have you checked in with them lately?

I'd hope they would give you a good reason for having the car for two weeks...

What did they say was taking so long?

I am too lazy to do the math This is the miles on the car when each transmission broke:

#1 - 6,100 miles
#2 - 30,000+ miles (after a 30K mile service)
#3 - 44,000 miles

And, again, what's taking so long????

And, did any of the guys working around you car confuse a ball-peen hammer for a wrench and a cold chisel for a impact wrench? (see #2)

Merge issues....

I'm guessing, but I'm pretty sure that when the TL/CL/TSX boards were "merged," you got "renamed." If the account information was different on the different accounts or user names had a confict, it would probably account for the change. There was a sticky for quite a while that explained the "merge" and how duplicate names, etc would be merged using some "fuzzy" logic/rules.

BTW, one of the "possible" reasons is there is another user with the name/handle of "Ruski" (the only difference is your first letter is lowercase and his is uppercase). I'm now wondering if the "rule base" used during the merge had to make a choice between names with same letters -- but different case -- and you got the "_RENAMED" suffix due to the lowercase (or ???).

Try leaving a PM for Soopa and seeing if there is anything that can be done about this. I don't know what he will do, but you might have to add a number or letter to the end of your name to allow it to be unique relative to the other member with "Ruski" name/handle.

I'm not sure how the database is setup and it might not be setup to recognize uppercase/lowercase differences (not my dept. -- at least not on the board).

As a Mega Moderator I can ban and do certain operations, you need to talk to an Admin to get the name switched
