chalk up another slush box!
On the way to work yesterday I lost 3rd and 4th gear. Had to drive back home in 2nd. It at least lasted to 53,000 miles. Waiting to see if they are giving me a new one or just changing out the selinoids. I sure hope I get the new trans., I hate rebuilds. My loaner is an 03 tl, I was hoping for an 04 a-spec

You should get a new one... from what I read on here (and experienced myself) it's easier for them to just swap out the tranny....

they'll most likely give you a different tranny .. but the tranny will be a rebuilt one ..
