Acura CL 3.2 Type S 2001

139,000 miles. Thinking about buying but worried about transmission failure. Any idea of what it's worth? If it fails can I use a transmission shop to repair / replace or do I have to use Accura? Any idea of the cost?

I have a 2001 with 86,000 miles with a trade-in value of $8,000USD. Ah! Acura quality.
