Zenetti Mystics... Fitment issues?

http://www.zenetti.com/html/2005/ind...=CHROME&carID=

They wheels are chrome and coming off of an IS300. I beieve he said the offset was 40 or so. I might do a fitment test w/ the wheels tomorrow.

Basically, I would be getting an extremely good deal out of these.

Fitment issue if I had a 1.5 finger gap all around?

Edit: Dropped on Tein Basics.

they're 18X8

And yeah, they too are alil' too bling bling for my tastes.... I was actually aiming for a set of centerline forged wheels.

BUT...

The deal is just too good. And I rather like these wheels.

So does anyone know if I'll have fitment issues if they are 18X8.0 with a 40 offset?

Unfortunately, the offset is too low for our cars...
45 or maybe even 43 at the least, but 40 is just too low of an offset for the CL.
They would probably stick out a little bit, and I think they would rub considerably with a drop.
I was considering some Zenetti Vega's and they just don't come in a high enough offset...
Someone correct me if I'm wrong though...

Sorry.

^^^^^ Yup, your right. Actually for an 8 inch wide rim the minimum offset would need to be at least 48, but preferable 51.

Gotta stay as close to +50 as possible on an 8" wide rim.

I think you can get away witha 40 offset on 18x8. It will prolly come out just to the fender, but still tuck inside. You will def have to roll the rear fender though. If he's willing to take one wheel off for and you can test fit it, whats the harm. Just see what it looks like on the CLS before you buy them.

The guy did agree to let me test fit.

I've been told Zenetti's are POS though. . Anyone have any personally bad experience w/ 'em?

ouch. Taht doesn't sound pleasant @ all. How low was your drop @ the time of wheel fitment?

And i'm not under any pressure @ all to get these wheels. The guy who wants to unload 'em is an extremely well trusted individual, and I know he's not trying to rip me off. I just wanted to see if anyone had experience w/ these wheels. Thx for the warning though.

((did they @least look good on the CL-S? . Maybe I'll mount 'em, take pictures, and put the stockies back on.))
