Will H&R springs fit and work on the CL 3.2???

I just noticed that www.autocarparts.com is now selling H&R springs for the CL. I was wondering if anyone knew if these springs were really made for this car and if they are better than the eibach sport and pro kit and/or the comptech springs. I went to an install shop and they said that all other brands outside of comptech would not work because they are all made for accords, which are alot lighter than the CL, so therefore they would not work correctly, but would technically FIT in the car. Thank you for the input, its greatly appreciated.

did you notice any problems with the H&R springs. WOuld you happen to know if the springs are better than the eibachs. I cant decide which brand to get and hten i cant decide whether to get the racing ones or jsut sport ones form h&R or the proline or sportline kit from eibach. WHen you said you need shocks did you mean that the springs arejust really bad without new shocks or you just want new ones? Thank you for all the information.

Can anyone please help me find out the differences betweent eh eiback sprotline kit and the prokit. I think teh sportline would look nicer but would it perform better also? or is the prokit better for performance and ride.? Thank you. Im realy trying to get the suspension similar to a bemer.

Why even bother with anything else than what is designed for your year CL?

The springs for the accord might fit due to the simular suspension designs, but why even try it? You can get a good drop with all of these springs:

H&R, Eibach, Comptech. Order for your year CL only.

On another note, if you want to save time and possibly install cost (if your not installing yourself), purchase new shocks allong with the springs.

Do it right the first time around, replace both. You'll thank yourself later.

Nice try, but im sure he got his answer about 5 years ago.

Also there no problem using accord or TL springs. I have H&R springs for the TL on my CLS because many MFG's don't make springs specificly for the CL
