yes, Davin makes those wheels...
however, there is a company called Spintek who is supposedly making "spinner caps" for popular aftermarket wheels & sizes... they will do what the davins do, only on top of your current wheels.
They had a booth at SEMA and they get a lot of press in DUB... but I've yet to see the final product...

Go to http://www.superbuytires.com they have almost every rim, go to search: wheels by brand and click on spinning wheels.......i wouldn't mind having these
