wheels spacers/offset help

where could i get spacers if this combo does not work :
becos it seems it would rub.

wheels Spec is. 19x8.5
Offset: +40mm
Bolt Pattern: 5-114

the recommended tire size is 225/40-19 but if i go 19 i was thinking 235 35 19 or 225 35 19.

Spacers would only push the wheel out further. They are "spacers" that you are adding, it doesn't subtract to make the wheels sit in more. It pushes the wheels out, so there would be more rubbing that way. Run 225/35/19 and rolled fenders definitely. What drop are you on? This would be a deciding factor. I'd recommend a stiff / low setup like with ksport / d2 and a little neg camber. I think it should be alright after that.

No prob. If you're not going to drop it / roll fenders, you might want to look into a more conservative fitment. It would probably look weird on 19's with a somewhat lower offset at stock height. Just keep in mind the factory wheels are 6.5 (or 7?) inches wide with a 55 offset. Good luck with your setup.

8 inch, +45 is about as wide as you'd wanna go. That's what I run and I wouldn't do anything wider without rolling the fenders.

If you roll the fenders, disregard, but personally rolling fenders is something I wouldn't do because I'm not about altering my body.

Oh, and your car will look like a monster truck with wide wheels if you don' lower it with the size wheel you're talking about.
