I had my comptech springs and tokico HPs installed a few months ago. When I go over large bumps with 2 or 3 people in the car, I hear a clanking noise from the back. Someone suggested that the mechancis may have forgotten to put the bump stoppers for the stock shocks on the new Tokicos. Does anyone know what they look like? I can lift the car and look for them. Is it just a wide rubber with a sleeve/boot on the bottom of it? the rear one seems to be different from the front and i want to make sure that I am looking at the right before i go back to the installer and tell them that they didnt put it in.

Any other ideas of what the noises could be ? Oh and I do not see any signs of rubbing, thanks guys.

Jacked up the car and took some pics of the passenger side front and rear. Pictures 12 - 15 are of the front which is torn. Not sure how this happened but I will have to get this replaced. I am guessing these are the bump stoppers, can anyone confirm? Pictures 16 and 17 are of the rear. I am trying to verify if this is the rear bump stopper, if it is not then I will know why I am hearing a noise over big bumps and take it back to the installer.

Can someone who knows what the bump stoppers look like please confirm that I am looking at the right thing. The rears seem to be cone shaped and have a boot below them. The fronts appear to be flat with a smaller boot.
