what the different between gloss back and hyperblack?
im shoppin for rims soon and was wondering what the different between gloss black and hyperblack. is hyperblack shinny black chrome

Hyper black is gloss black with a semi translucent film of silver over the black so it endfs up looking like a nice slightly darker than silver kind of paint where the black still shows thru the deep valley's of the wheels. Here's an example:
But it still doesn't look like chrome which is 100% REFLECTIVE, MORE LIKE A MIRROR THAN A PAINT (SORRY, CAPSLOCK).

Yes, like what Ron said, hyperblack is more of a black/silver-ish kind of look. Like a really nice looking gunmetal or light dark chrome (if you are like me and have the RP03's in mind).
Gloss black is just that. Shiny shiny black.
