Just wondering... Will the tuner lugs on my aftermarket wheels work with the spare tire? Otherwise, it might be a good idea to keep a set of stock lug nuts in the trunk with the spare...

If the spare tire uses stock lug nuts like it was designed to, then you would not get a proper fit with tuner lugs. The reason being that most aftermarket wheels and tuner lugs have a tapered seat. Honda lugs have a ball seat at the end of the threads. So my guess would be that the spare would also require ball seat lugs for a proper fit.

This is a good reminder for those running aftermarket wheels and hoping to use the stock spare in emergencies. They should keep a set of spare stock lugs in the car with them. I'm guilty of this as will and will be putting 5 OEM lug nuts in the car.
