Toyo T1S, Fuzion ZRi, or Goodyear F1 GS-D3
For handling, road noise, comfort, and Especially treadwear which one would you go with for a 235/45/17 tire? Also which one has the stiffest sidewall as I drive hard!

IMO, all of them are good tires...

I still like my Toyo T1S'. I would be surprised to see someone with all of the 3-tires being used on the same car (CLS/TLS/etc).
You're going to get some trade-offs.
Until they discontinue the T1S, I'll get another set. Otherwise, I'd seriously consider the Goodyear DS-G3.
The reviews at 1010tires on the ZRi look good, and with the tread technology it's probably more similar that not to the S-03.
So, you can always find a few of these:

I believe the Toyos are the lightest of the bunch -- if you care...
(The 235/45-17 Toyo weighs 23.8 lbs with load rating of 97. You'd have to call the manufactures of the other tires to check on those.)
Consumer reports rated the GS-D3 and Toyo T1S one and two -- respectively. Depending on what you are looking for, one is better than the other.
From a previous post I tossed-up:
Toyo T1S 235/45-17 on SSR 17x8
Still happy. Might try Goodyear F1-GS if I couldn't get the Toyos anymore.
Consumer Reports (online) excerpt:
Ultra-high-performance tires
Best for most; a well-rounded choice:
19 Goodyear $135
20 Toyo $190
Both models offer the best blend of wet and dry performance. Paying more for the Toyo (20) buys you better handling.

BTW, some people say the sidewall on the Toyos could be stiffer (the 235/45-17 has the reinforced casing). I check for run on the sidewalls and run 39/38 PSI (front/rear) and don't have a problem.
BTWII, some people who were really "noise freaks" didn't like the road noise from the Toyos on certain types of roads. I don't care (or I just don't notice) -- and they are basically quiet around turns.

I wonder about the lot longer. Remember, you would need to get someone with the same car, the same rotations, same hard driving, same driving mix, all on the same type of surfaces. The abrasive qualities of the road surface will influence longevity (along with stick) *and* I suppose you will get some trends if you find enough people. I would be a bit wary about looking at the wear ratings for the comparison.
Just changing the commute due to a detour could have a huge impact depending on the road surface and any curves...

Average -> about 12K to 15K miles.
You can rape them in 500 miles if you really had it in for them.
IMO, aggressive driving == not being able to stop for some nitwit in a big SUV that likes to just drive through stop signs, change lanes without looking, and talk on the cell phone while looking down and eating.
I only get "rare" moments in the hills...
