i like the toyos a little better. I think they are both good, but for some reason i am not too thrilled about the sidewall on the nittos.

I've had both actually. Just sold the NT555's. Not that impressed to be honest. I'm picking up the Toyo's again 235-35-19. In my opinion, hands down a better tire.

id say go with the nt555's..ive had em for almost 2 years now..still 75-80% tred.
i blew one out once and drove home 20 miles doin 35mph and my rim wasnt damaged at all.... that sidewall can take a beating.
ive also had high model pirellis and i think the 555's handle much nicer

I’ve heard bad things about the 555’s and you always see them for sale used w/low mileage if that gives you any indication.
Mostly complaints about road noise and that they’re bad in the rain.
I went with Toyo Proxes 4 last year and I love them.

I wouldn’t recommend them in the snow though.
I have dedicated snow tires/rims for my car, but I tried running through 2-3 inches of snow as a test and the Toyo’s were terrible.
I really don’t know how they are rated as “all season”:
Otherwise…no complaints and they seem to be wearing pretty well.

I've had Toyos and really loved them, but were too pricey and didn't last long . . I've got PZero Neros and have been really happy with them. Based on the Falkens and OEM POS tires . . . the PZero Neros are very close to the T1-S in my estimation. And the tread is holding up nicely . . . so far.

I have TOYO PROXES 4's...and I love em...they handle great through wet and dry surfaces...only thing is that they suck in the snow....I tried to drive w/ them in my car through ice...the traction is shit!

The best in my opinion . . . if you can afford them based on cost and tread life get them . . . I would if I could afford them.
