Has anyone used TiresPlus? They gave me an online quote for several tires:

Some possible additional charges include: Freight. Disposal Fee of 1.99 per tire. Installation is $11.99 per tire and includes tire mounting, snap in valve stem, one-time balancing and lifetime tire rotation. State sales tax.
