tire size question

I finally found the rim I want and it is a 18 x 7.5 w/ 45 offset. I was wondering what size tire is good for this rim?

They are great. I love them. Ecspecially if you drive your car year round, you can raise and lower when you want. Plus you can adjust so you are at a perfect height for what ever rim setup you have. Are you getting the ss w/ pillow mount? I wish they made them when I bought mine.

nope, i tried to go the most cost effective route, plus i dont know if im gonna be changing the height too much, roads suck around here so i wanted the option, i was gonna drop it low, and see how it goes, if it goes bad, i just raise it up a little, plus i have the worry-free knowing the shock and spring are matched, i'm just praying it rides fair

Don't worry. You will definitly enjoy them. I've had them for two years now and I still love them. Nothing beats a coilover system. The ability to adjust dampening and height is well worth the extra money than just a spring and shock set up.

thanks, our cars sound very similiar, lol, i have a black 01 with piaa 2100xt fogs as well!

somewhatback to topic... it sounds like we're doing the same thing, i did all my homework and i'm installing the TEINs with front/rear SPC camber kits because i'm going with 18x8 all around, the offset is 48 so i'm thinking i'll be alright, it all depends on offset mainly, and for the shoes im gonna run 235/40, nearly EVERYONE has those and they are the closest to stock, i plan on dropping it 2" at least, hopefully more, all depends on the different variables.
