Tire Brand Suggestions Please!

So my tires are balding and I need tired ASAP! This is basically to replace stock tires

Some brands that I am looking into are:

Sumitomo HTR Z III (Max performance Summer)
215/50/R17
95Y
300 AA A

General Exclaim UHP (Ultra High Performance Summer)
215/50/R17
95V Load range: XL
380 A A

Yokohama S. Drive (Ultra High Performance Summer)
215/50/R17
95W Load range: XL
300 AA A

Have anyone had any experience with these 3 brands? I kinda want the sumitomo because it's more in my budget range and it's rated quite well on tirerack.

I also have the yokohama's on my 19s right now, but I need to save gas and stick with the 17s.

The place I called have the sumitomo on back-order so i'm just trying to get an alternative at a relatively good deal.

I had 16" exclaim UHPs on my 1G CL and they were extremely noisy. Sent weird high freq vibrations throughout the car (clearly not a balance issue). I am running Toyo Proxes 4 and they are superb. I would go for the Yokohamas on that list, no questions asked.

Some people really like the exclaim UHP because of their performance capability, but sidewalls are a bit soft and the very stiff tread base is where the noise comes from.
