Tien SS coilover PROBLEM!

ok guys ive had the tien SS installed for around 8 months now and it has been going good. within the past few weeks though it has developed a squeeky noise when i go over road imperfections. it doesnt realy sound like its bad, more annoying. I was thinking its probibly some sort of lube problem or something like that. But its definitly either the actual coilover, control arm or maybe the sways? but im leaning twards the coilovers itself. It saeems to be coming from the front only but when your driving its sorta hard to pinpoint it. Has anyone with Tiens had this problem or something similar? id really appreciate any sort of input.
thanks, JB

There is a rubber seal that goes in between the coil spring and the upper perch. See if that is there and you can add some lube/grease to that. Also make sure that the coil spring is seated properly in the upper mount. It's just the spring rubbbing against something over big bumps causing a squeak; usually happens when it gets colder. It's normal.

I had the same thing, lube helps, but make sure the rubber cup looking cap thing up top isn't out of line with the spring. happens sometimes when jacking the car up.

thanks Ron, Josh, those tips fixed the problem, i lubed up the rubber piece and made sure everything was lined up which it was. Like you guys said, it was probibly just the cold drying out that piece.
