thinking about rims what size and any good pics

just bought my 2001 black 3.2cls

need rims any good looks out there and can u share some pics and sizes of tires and rims

whats a good size
i have other friends have rims on there car and they complain its too low should have gotten an inch smaller becasue of rubbing on bumps

need some pics of some fat rims on the car to really see what it look like
rims look good on paper
look diffenrt on the car

so i need size of rim and tires that you guys think is good and some nice pics
would be helpfull

The size and type may depend a bit on where you live. Bad roads, I would say 18's without a lip. Good roads, 19's with or without a lip.

As for types, I suggest you check out the photo gallery section, and see if there are any wheels on there that you like. I would recommend an open style wheel that will allow you to see a lot of the rotors, etc. It just look better than the close face ones.

And NO SPINNERS!!!

IMO, it makes the wheel look smaller. That may be where he was going with that statement.

thicker spokes will make it look smaller as well... ex. ssr sp1 looks hellla small... b/c of its thick 5 spoke design.

I don't necessarily feel a lipped wheel is any worse...any wheel's edge is going to be about even with the sidewall of the tire, lip or not.
