Tein H-Tech/Tokico HPs installed.

For those that were concerned about the handling and comfortability with this setup, you can stop now. I just got them installed this weekend. I have one finger in the back and three in the front. The ride is better than stock, it's smoother. I would say that is due to the new shocks. Handling has increased as well, but I was very surprised how comfortable the ride is now. I would highly recommend this setup. Just wanted to give my

OK, well you just threw me for a loop! I just ordered tein H. Techs (waiting for them to come in). I ordered them because I heard that it gave an even drop, even with the pics that I saw it looked even. Why are you so much lower in the back than you are in the front? Is it because of the shocks? Also do you have any pics of the setup? Because I am debating just putting the springs on the stock shocks, or getting aftermarket shocks.

Thanks

phi I noticed that the H techs take a little bit to settle. Wait 2-3 weeks and you get another 1/8 - 1/4 inch. I love the drop too and think it works beter than the stock setup

Look at your stock setup. The wheel well is cut-out higher in the front than in the back. My car is as level as the stock setup.

Phil is right. Level according to folks at Tein is the distance to the jack points. I have the High Techs and the distance to the front and back jack points is the same. That is, distance from the ground to the jack points. So the car is level, but the wheel wells are cut differently.

Love the High Techs!

Are TEIN H Tech the ones at c-c-c.net? The Type Basic Coilovers?
Whats the difference between the SS and the Type basic? Also, can you change height of the ride with the Type Basic?
