suspension help needed

well I have the Nex SR coilovers with some 18 in Volk GTUs and all is good except for one thing. Everytime I drive over these sligt dips and some bumps I hear these metal thuds. I ca't really figure it out and my car isnt super low either, it's about 1 - 1.5 finger gap in the front and about 2 fingers in the back. Can anyone tell me what those metal thuds are?

Did you install them yourself?

If you loosened the sway bar links when you did the install, check to make sure they're tight. That could very well be the problem.

Has this happened since you installed them or just recently?

The Nex ride a lot harder and stiffer....also I believe they gave an upper pillow ball mount or strut cap? Metal on metal arent quiet...or it could be the springs...since you arent real low...there is more rebound.
