Springs question

I was curious to know if it would be wise to put H&R springs on my stock shocks which have 98k miles on them. Or should I just wait to put on new coilovers?
Just wanted some input on this.

If these are your original shocks, then NO. Either go with coilovers or get replacement shocks with the springs.
