Shocks & Springs combo vs Coilovers???
My situation is a bit different. Most people think my current drop are coilovers. It's just a shock & spring combo. The drop is perfect to me. The ride isn't bad at all. I just need new shocks and new cambers. I don't want to mess it up.
I'm looking at the Koni Yellows. I'm hoping I can just slap on those shocks and keep the drop I currently have. Is this possible?
Btw I have some cheap dropzone shocks currently. Unsure on the lowering springs. They came with the car from previous owner.

what colour are the springs? Could be H&R race springs. Koni yellow's are a good shock to pair with any lowering spring. Lifetime guarantee i believe. can't beat that. They will ride a bit stiffer though.

Three Wheelin'
I AGREE.
They look like h.r race.
Neuspeed race springs are yellow, but look to go slightly lower than you are.
could be eibach sportlines too, they are red.
with good struts like you want, any spring will go on them....gl

The springs are Red! So I think I'm in luck. Thanks for the help guys. It's a huge decision financially. Everyone alway endorsing coilovers. I'm like I love me drop why change it. It's nearly slammed but is a really good ride on highway.
It's just my damn ball joint keeps hitting on the right side on certain bumps. I wore out one of my ball joints. Eventually it came loose. My whole tire nearly came off on highway. I was advised by Heel Toe to go to Ingalls control arms also so I don't get the knocking.
