Shocks?

Its really cold here in chicago about 20degrees and my cl starting making some violent squeeking noises coming my left driver side....I thought it might be air in the tire but its def not....Shock fluid?? any thoughts?

It's normal for shocks of any type to get noisier with cold weather.

Just talked to my mechanic and he put on A sort of stethataschope that doctor wear but for cars....He told me that its my ball joints but theres only one problem, he cant fix it haha. It just gets like that when its cold and it should just go away once its warms up btw it was 2 degrees all day today. BBRRRRR

I had the same noise awhile back and the dealership lubed the ball joint area. It worked great. So, yes it can be fixed.

If you do need to replace the ball joint, here is a TSB with info:
