RonJon Wheels Progress...

I am going to recieve the first actual production sample this friday, and then with the thumbs up, production will commence. by the end of April, it will be completed and delivered. I also recieved the first centercap emblem. it looks so sweet, almost like jewelry, so finely detailed. here's a pic and more info in the news section of the updated website. the website sill needs some minor adjustments, but it's a work in progress until we shoot the wheels and vehicles for real.
here's a link to the news section of the site:
RonJon Wheels.com/news.html

here's a preview of the centercap emblem:

"In addition to our wheels, we have also begun to design body kits for select models."

Please say you are designing a worthwhile body kit for the CL It's so hard looking at the SEMA one and knowing the only good kit (apart from the custom widebody work around here) will never see production.

"RonJon" interesting name.....

We have a rather well-known "Ron Jon Surf Shop" here in Florida. Hope no legal battles ensue. Your rims look really sweet though man.

I'm gonna develop a kit similar to the sema one, but first, i wanted to test the process with the 04 TL since that vehicle has nothing except OEM products availble for it. Then once I learn the process, i can do a kit for each model in Acura and Honda's line. In one year, we will have kits for most models including the CL-S.

two different industries, look at axis wheels and axis computer chip manufacterers. just a name until it reaches worldwide status like Nike or Pepsi.

yeah, I was debating on going the codename direction or just doing cool names. kinda like the acura legend, or the acura RL, just a matter of preference. definetly don't want to end up running out of names and calling the wheels cliche names like turbo or the wave. also, just realized, another company has the inspire name for one of their wheels and I am going for a very unique company image.

Oh, and also, two questions --

How much do they weigh?

And how much are they going to go for?

Thanks.

yeah, i am starting my own company cuz I've been working for other companies, basically running the visual aspects of the brand name, from designing the ewheels to advertising, and didn't get any else but a flat fee and a kick in the ass. so now it's time to give acura owners quality wheels that fit perfectly and to show those greedy bastards what they missed. as for the weight, i will also be able to have that info when i recieve the samples this week. I am almost pissing in my pants waiting for these wheels to come in. I already have 3 more designs ready for production when and if (hopefully) I sell all these wheels. a lightweight mesh design, a deep dish and a full face luxury wheel. gonna be killer. thanks for the support, and the pricing will be competitive, here is a link to the retail prices, there will be 10% off to board members:

Depending on the weight I very well may be 1st in line for either of the 2 wheels you have on your site.

Nothing better than having a quality wheel that NO ONE else around would have.
