Rims, Tires, and Drop. Need help

OK here it is. Privat Netz 18 by 8 +40mm offset. Now. What tires should i use to not have to roll my fenders and what drop so i do to make it looks nice without rubbing. Will i need a camber kit for any of the drops? I want it real simple. i dont do crazy turns. I drive fast here and there but im just going for looks right now. NYC ROADS!

235/??/18 will work... the "?" is for you to find out because it depends how low you want the drop to be.. like me im running 235/40/18 for the rear on 10j and the front im running 225 on a 9j.. im running 40 cause i want a little more meat on my tires and not just ride rims hahah

Dude you have nothing to worry about with those specs. 235/40/18's are fine.
Even if you drop it more than 2 inches. No rolling

This is untrue. I'm dropped 2.0 inches with 18's on a 42 offset with 215/45/18 tires and I still rub. Fenders are not rolled.

Get skinny tires, or roll your fenders

I tripped out about rolling my fenders at first...but it's not so bad.

Are you worried about damage to the fender?

Yeah that's what I was worried about at first too but nothing happened and I can't think of any one that I know that had their paint fucked up either.

They make a fender rolling tool and there are people that offer the service for a fee.

I am not really knowledgeable about wheels, offset, tires combinations so sorry I can't answer that.

Yeah, if you use the actual fender rolling tool...then you're pretty much good.

Then there are others that use a baseball bat which seems like an easy way to jack up your shit if you're not careful.
