RADIAL Winter tires on BACKWARDS?

So i grabbed some winter wheelset yesterday. for 5bills

new Dunlop Graspic Ds-2 tires 225/45/r17

on 4 Fast forged aluminum rims.

I noticed that all the tires are put on the rim the same way therefore I can only get 1/2 of the car to have the radial tires going the proper direction

Problem:

no my car veers to the right. and literally the steeringwheel prefers going to the right.

would putting the tires on the right way fix this bullox.

the radial is goig the right way on the passenger side of the vehicle, and the drivers side is ass backwards.

remember winter tires are designed for more friction when driving therefore the means the passenger side of my car has MORE drag because of the winter tread.

so technically when i flip the other side tires, it'll increase drag on the left and then balance out the steering correct??

I just wanna make sure so i dunt have to worry

People with experience in this plz chime in... MUCH APPRECIATED

The tires definitely will pull the car more to one side. Directional tires have a tendency to make your car "track" differently. You need to get the tires put on properly because they can overheat and fail. A common problem with winter tires during hotter days. I would suggest an alignment too if you have not had one in a while.

Just get the one side switched. Take them back to the shop asap and tell them they f*cked up and need to fix that mistake asap. That is a very bad mistake IMO. Have them do it free.

I plan to wait until the first big snow fall to switch to my winters...I hate the things in corners, but nice and smooth straight line!

i drove to kitchener to get these things off a guy who lives 45 mins further than that. I'm not driving 1hr and 45mins. I just wanted them cause it's new tires and rims for cheap, so I don't have to use my good rims. either way i got a good deal.

You could probably get to Kitchener and back on $20 of gas. How much will it cost to get the tires remounted on your paycheck because somebody else effed up?

Besides, I like 1hr 45min drives

my good rims have the tires i bought my car with and they are old OEMs and they got shifted belts and shyt cause I get a wobble that comes and goes. and when it starts it comes passively through the gas pedal, then moves to the floor then steering wheel which then begins to shake where u can just see it, and then goes a away, then comes back for round infinity... lol

ok well apparently i'm am an idiot and they are not directional. But they are labeled and the front right and the back left are backwards... which would explain the pull. I guess the guy b4 had a bad alignment.

I'll switch in the morning and see how she goes.
