hey guys i just need an approval of you if its ok. I live in new york and i dont want to drop the car, the roads here are way too rough. So Stock springs, Illuminas and Eibach sways. What do you think of that setup. I am tired of thinking about suspension parts, i have a headache. i just need your approval if it will work and ill just go and get them things already. its for 01 cls

i dont see the point in that, your not going to gain anything with stock springs. just go with some H&R, or something for a mild drop, plus its going to be a pain in the ass to compress those things to install, it was a pain with my eibachs, and theyre a decent drop. also with sways you might gain a little stability, but youre just throwing it out the window with the springs, if your going to spent that money for those parts, just get better springs too.

It will ride nicer and probably feel tigher all around but I'm kinda with Stealth on this. If you're gonna do it, you might as well throw in some better springs too while you've got it apart. If you don't want to drop it due to bad roads, you can go with some H&R OE springs, or maybe some Tanabe NF springs. I think you'd be much happier and it would still give you a decent ride hight as well as a nice ride.
