pics of 2F/1.7R drop please

thinking of going with the Eibach Pro Kit with the Tokico HP shocks. Anyone have any pics of what this would look like with the 2 inch front and 1.7 inch rear drop?

Pat, get those. That's the exact set-up I have on my TL. At first I was worried that it may be too much of a drop (this is my first dropped car), but it's perfect. 1-1.5 finger gap all around.

just get them.....I have the comptech springs and HP blues on my car (2 front and 1.8 in the back) and I love them. Car had a slight rake look which some people on here keep warning me about but it didn't bother me. When I loaded up my car for trips it levels right out, so once I get my system in the rake effect will be of no concern. I have pic on RonJon's page, and in the photo section under PGG just search for them if you want. Hope that helps. Clinton

glad that link works . . . i dont know what i would have done without it. maybe i would have gotten better advice if you had done what everyone else has done and just helped me out. but . . . for some reason you decided to bust balls instead which probably even took more time than just answering the question.

thanks to all for the help so far!

no noob. you could have typed in "eibach" and found EVERYTHING you needed. im not going to do it for you. i will poke fun at you tho. its all fun and games.

a little advice since you asked. stay away from spring drops, just get some coilovers so you have adjustability.

I beg to differ, spring drops are more secure, they are designed to be a certain height and are less noisy. From personal experience and many other enthusiasts' stories, the coilovers sqeak and creak over time.

I've had 3 types of springs, and my current setup rides like stock but lower, quiet as stock too.

this is true, you get the most stock-ish ride with spring drops. As far as noise goes....im on my second set of coilovers and both sets have been relatively quiet. sometimes if its dead silent i can hear the shocks compressing, but that is if it is no radio, ac, and driving less than 20mph.
