Question Offset on Enkei RPF1?

I'm looking at a set of 18" Enkei RPF1. Does anyone have these wheels. I'm lowered on Tein S-Tech and Tokico Blues and I'm wondering if the 18X7.5 w/48 offset or the 18X8 w/35 offset will cause any rubbing ? Is an offset of 35 too extreme? http://www.enkei.com/RacingSeriesSpecs/RPF1.html

Tirerack only has the 18X7.5s, but I would like to go with the 18X8s. Any educated opinions or suggestions? Thanks in advance.

there are at least 10 threads here on the main suspension section that would answer your question if you would just take the time to look.

the 7.5's will fit, the 8.0s will not.

I wanted wide wheels but not making it look like a mexican hoopde, i went with an 18X8.5 I can't lower it or maby i could but around my way the roads aren't the greatest. I love the way they look from the back, and i have no probems turning

they come out about 1/2'

I want 18X8.5s also, but I'm not sure they'll fit w/ no rubbing or sticking out. I'm still searching.

I'm going to see if i can get the offset taken down if pos. so it doesn't stick out that far. when i have 3 people in the car it rubbs. I could roll the fenders but i don't want the paint to crack. Maby i'll make some flairs for it and mold them in.

Take the dick out your ass there... Easy.

I stated that I want 18X8.5s but I wasn't sure if they would rub. I was speaking in past tense.

I'm still searchin means that maybe I can find a 18X8.5 wheel with a higher offset that won't rub. There's a guy on the forum that has 8.5s and says that he's doing fine. Also, you said that 8s would not work. Now you're saying, that you told me that they would.

Get a life and learn some respect.
