empeters, do you get any tire rub with the 19s listed in your sig? What about with yourself and 3 passengers in the car? Do you know the offset on your wheels? The Eibach springs you list are the Pro-Kit, right? Pics? If you don't get any rub with the pro-kit, then Comptechs would be evn less of a problem.

Last time I talked to him, he got in to an accident w/ his S and a minivan. and he also quit his day job. and he's doing full time w/ his side job. home theather stuff. So I don't tink he has that much time to 'surf' on the fourm anymore.

Hmm.. I cant find info in his particular wheel... but it seems most other Altstadts with 8 inch widths come in offsets of any of the following: +18 +30 +42 +54

So which one would fit our car? Which offset I mean. (in a 8.0width)

Those offsets are from 18in wheels also. But that doesnt affect rubbing... unless the 19's dont come in that offset.

+42 would put the inside of the wheel for an 8" wheel the same place as our 7" wheels. That means the ourside would be about 38mm
further out (app. 1 1/2"). I'm pretty sure.

1 1/2" further out is too much. How come JB's wheels dont poke out like that?
