Installed Pirelli PZero Nero tires

Quick Summary:

I replaced my worn out Toyo T1-S Proxes 245/40ZR-17 tires with new Pirelli PZero Nero 235/45ZR-17 tires. The Pirellis are not as sticky as the toyos but they are quieter (toyos are about 10% grippier). The wet weather performance is not as good as the toyos either (again, toyos are about 10% better). But I will say that the dry and wet are still VERY VERY good, better than most other tires I've tried, but the toyos remain king...

Here are the pics:

As they came from tirerack.com...

The sticker that was on the tires when I got them...

Changing the tires...

All mounted and cleaned...

Final picture of my car with the new tires...

I had the Neros. They were decent. Both my RE730s (great tire) , which I had on my Maxima, and my 750s (currently) blew them away. IMO

Ya, personally I think the Toyo T1-S proxes in 245 width are the best tires for this car PERIOD. But the neros were on sale at tire rack for $530 shipped for all 4 so I had to try em! Besides, I don't do as much racing as I used to, so I don't need the toyos super grip anymore...

I just got some Toyo T1-S' on Monday. I got 235/45's and I love them. I got a great deal on them too. $130/tire, free install and balance. My neighbor hooked me up. They are really smooth and quiet. I havn't really tested them out yet. I had Potenzas before and they kicked ass too...but I couldn't pass up this deal.
