thanks for the input. i wasnt sure if that rim size and offset had the same lip width for every rim or if it varied depending on the company

RH Evos have that fitment/offset; they get about 1" lip all the way around.
Lip is subjective to wheels and disk fitment. Low/Regular/High disk for custom wheels are played with plenty when trying to achieve the most lip. Unless you have specifics on the wheel you're looking to purchase, no one can help you.
