Got the Tein Street basis installed

Whats a good ride height setup for our cars. I dont want it slammed. I dont know how much the car lowered but its about 26in to the top of every fender from the concrete.

I will post pics tomorrow.

I you're not trying to slam it, leave about 3/4-1" of space for wheel travel

What gap is this measuring? The tire from the fender?

I'm pretty sure thats what he means. I got my coilovers on and i put it about 1" of gap all around, 2 of my fingers fit on the top on the tire. Rides good like that.

Correct, there's obviously more travel inside of the fender if needed, but I have about that much gap and my car rides great.

Not a ton of wheel gap, just enough. I've thought about going down another 1/2" but I really like the way it rides now

How does the ride compare to stock? I want to lower the car and firm up the ride a bit, but don't want a hard jarring ride that beats you up over less
than ideal roads.

The Tein Street Basis on my setup (stock CL-S 6MT except for the suspension + Progress RSB) feels somewhat bouncy. It's ok on smooth to mediocre surfaces, but it is downright uncomfortable on bad surfaces.

I have the same coilovers too, got them installed in november. I maxed them out and they ride pretty good. I cant tell if Im lowered or not, its very smooth. Now that the coilovers are settling, they seem slightly lower than when I first installed them.
