Donut longevity

Hi Everyone,

I had a lovely accident saturday, which involved a flat.
Since we were upstate hiking, in order to get everyone home, (and a pit stop
for dinner), I ended up putting 200 miles on the donut.
I think I might have put on maybe 20 (?) miles on it prior to that, after
two other flats.

In all cases I had it on the front tires. (yeah, now I know that was bad).
I have a 2001 CL - on the donut it says not to go faster than 50 mph.

Anyway, just wondering if I set a record for # of miles on the donut.
Has anyone else ever replaced their donut? Surely mine needs to go.
I'm half considering getting a full sized tire & living with the lump now.
It took forever to get home.
