Do I Need Hub Centric Rings?
When I brake I get steering wheel shimmy, also at about 60mph ish I get wheel shimmy. I know my rims are balanced perfectly (I work at wheel works)
I also think it could be my rotors too but I don't get any pedal pulsation, I have EXEL rims and the weird thing is, my girlfriend just got some EXEL rims also and her car is doing the same thing. Do we need hub centric rings?

any time you have a wheel that has a larger bore size (almost every aftermarket) you should get the rings. they're not gonna break your studs off, but it can be this. you can rule this out by:
1. changing back to honda rims
2. changing the rotors
most likely it's the rotors cause it's only when you brake, not while normal driving
