Comptech vs Eibach Ground Control

So I've been searching around for the past hour or so, and haven't found a definitive answer that pleases me.

I'm currently using Tokico Illumina struts and Comptech springs. Struts are almost new, but I want to lower it further without buying a full set of coilovers. I've been looking at the Eibach Ground Control sleeves, but I want an idea of how much rougher the ride will be since this is my daily driver.

What I've gathered so far (please correct me if I'm wrong)

1. Comptech spring rates are progressive (Get stiffer quicker with increased compression). Haven't found a definitive number for the spring rate.

2. Eibach Ground Control: The rates I've found listed are 450F/300R (Which sounds really high to me)

3. What are the stock spring rates? (Just for comparison)

Questions:
How much harsher will the ride be with the Ground Controls? (I'm looking for numbers and opinions)
Will adjusting the stiffness setting on the strut really matter?

Other info: No camber kit yet (I know I'll need one). 18x8 +40 w/ 225/40/18 tires and rolled fenders.

Comments? Concerns?

Eibach springs are progressive also.

Of course if you go lower, the ride will stiffen up. However, ride comfort depends mostly on the damper/shock.

I run Illuminas also with a set of Eibach Sportlines and They ride decent. Not bouncy, so thats good.

There is a thread around here that details damper/coilover combos and recommends the best set up for your Acura. I would check that out...

** I prefer a spring/damper combo because I really don't feel like having a coilover rebuilt..
