I've been mulling over the same question for my CL-S, and the posts here don't seem to like K-Sports. Preferred brands seem to be Tein, AMR, XLR8, KW and a couple of others. Personally, I'm leaning towards, in order of preference: XLR8, AMR, Tein. I'm trying to find out about how the coilovers work that have a pillow ball mount on top for adjusting camber and if that will eliminate the need to get other camber kits. Also, I am not after "comfort". Lowering the car uses up suspension travel and I want to limit the travel to avoid tire rubbing and bottom-outs, so I will be happy with a stiffer setup. On my old Honda I had Ground Control coilover sleeves on Tokico struts and it was nice, but I this setup did not offer anything in the way of forgiving rebound adjustments.

After doing more research in this forum such as this link: http://acura-cl.com/forums/showthrea...844728&page=16 , I'm not too sure about the XLR8 coilovers now. It seems the people here who are buying them are paying for product development.

What are you looking for in a suspension?

There was a slight mishap with the 3G TL coilovers only with one of the top mounts but that is all settled now. The 3G TL has a specific top mount that is different from all other coilovers. We sent one to the factory and they had inverted one side accidentally; we had new plates made and sent them out to all existing customers. No one paid for product development. All coilovers are direct bolt ons with no modifications needed.
