I dunno but pls post a review of the max!

When I bought my TLS the 02 Maxima SE was a close second. The suspension was as tight as the TLS but ultimately the TLS won out.

But the new Max is one of the hottest looking cars bar none!

Pls post your impressions!

I pump my 235/40/19 nitto tires to 35-36 PSI on the street.

Also, pump the back tires to the max allowed (mine is 41 PSI)

sure ill post a review. i have a black on black 04 maxima fully loaded nav everything... the car is great quad exhaust coming out the back and fast to... the suspention is nice and tight and handles very very good for a big car... my brother has the 03 cl-s and there both about evan but i actually take the max over the cl... its different looing.. i ahve the skyview sunroof which is awesome it streaches the full length of the car i love it.. i would highly reccomend this car to people.. im hoping for 14s at the track... the new 5spd auto is nice.. the only down fall is the tiptronic shifts by itself if u dont shift the gear. so for racing it doesnt help form a dead stop.. but from a roll it does work u can down shift nicley...

Best tracking will be under 28psi front, & over 38psi rear. You have to adjust them depending on track conditions. For track in a FWD car you want lower front, & higher rear. Street driving I'd say 35-38 all around.

I think that people should feel free to come here for general car knowledge, I will, long after my TL is gone.

Okay dude, Set em to about 20psi on the track. Keep your car off as much as possible (keep the engine cool). Go with about no more than a 1/4 tank of gas.

BTW, if u are using the stock tires, you need to upgrade to better ones as 99% of stock tires blow moneky nuts.

Do you mean 235/40/18?

Back to the topic.. I would run the fronts at about 22-25 psi. And what psi are you at for everyday driving?

I'm not quite sure if that was a sarcastic comment directed to me or not, don't get me wrong that wasn't a bash on anyone at all. I think its so funny how everyone in this forum is a wiseass. It makes things comical and fun to read... a little sunshine to brighten our day.

As far as your tire pressure issue goes IMO don't take anyones advice here. Use some of it as guidelines or a starting point but I'd say find a nicely paved parking lot and launch it, if you get the result you want write it down and keep it in mind for the track, if its not the result, raise/lower accordingly and just keep trying it out until you find something your happy with. Just keep in mind there are some variables with track temp and outside temp. Chances are when you have a setup that you think will work it'll end up changing at the track, and you'll have to adjust between runs anyway (P.S. I'd don't know if that kind of adjustment is allowed or not)
