2003 Acura Cl Type S Shocks and struts
I need to replace all my shocks and struts due to age, I was thinking about also lowering the car no more than 2 inches, what all parts would I need to accomplish this?

Welcome to the forums!
If you're looking for something around 2 inches of drop I'd recommend a coilover setup. Lowering springs with that much of a drop tend to wear struts out prematurely since they weren't designed around each other.
Tein has their Street Basis Z in the $500 price range. These offer you a comfortable ride along with some solid performance increases during hard cornering and spirited driving. The ZT coating helps keep the adjustments easy time after time, along with the slip fit adjustment tube which allows the damper body and sleeve to be coated for rust protection.
Along with the coilovers, an alignment kit might be worth thinking about (unless tire wear isn't a concern).
