19" Wheels and tires.

Hi I wanted to buy set of 4 black 19" rims with tires, for my 2003 TL-S Antra color (you think it will look good?)
What site has best prices? My Budget us $1500-2000. What you suggest, and what springs I need for good quality ride.

Do you know if anyone selling used set?

There about $250 per rim if you bought them w/o tires

The link I have up top has 5 lug wheel/tire package.

if I really did have the money, I would put them on myself. can't beat free shipping either.
