18x9.5 +34???

Im looking at a set of 18x9.5" wheels with a +34 offset. Currently Im running 19x8.5 +40 with my rear fenders rolled and I dont have any rubbing issues unless on a really fast, sharp turn.

Im thinking that these will rub, but Im not entirely sure. Any input?

Maybe the fitment gurus can chime in, you can def. make it fit with some camber and stretch tires.

Don't wanna steal your thread, but I also have a wheel fitment question. Will a 18x9 with 45 offset fit fine on the CL? I'm riding on tein basics, so will fender rolling and camber be neccesary or can I get by?

Well, I took a look at some Volks that I reeeeaaalllllyyy like.

I probably wont go for them though. I dont want a stretched tire. I took my 19s off last night, and they'll most likely be up for sale soon.

Im rolling on the 18" Legends now, and they transformed the car completely. Granted, the Kumhos on the 19s absolutely sucked, but the 18s handle much better with the Yokohama S.Drives.

Im probably going to have them powdercoated and get some stickier tires put on. We'll see though.

simple answer, negative camber and rolled fenders and maybe stretched tires. a rear sway bar helps alot too if you dont have one. my rears are 19x10 +36 and i did the following things and dont rub.

IDK< the 9" wide with 34 offset is going to poke out like crazy. If 8.5" is barely working, imagine adding 1/4" and 16mm to the wheel position, thats nothing to shrug your shoulders at.

You might be able to make it work by running 225/40 tires. When I had 225/40 on my 18 x 9, I didn't even come close rubbing on unrolled fenders.
