'03 TL-S coilover springs on '03 CL-S?

Looking at finally picking up the 2003 CL-S 6spd I've always wanted, but would like to replace the aftermarket coilover springs that the current owner installed. I'm more into ride quality than absolute performance...

The current owner might still have the OEM CL-S springs, but in case they don't, will springs from an '03 TL-S fit? Are they the same spring?

TIA,
The Loc

They should be the same springs, I suspect. What setup does it have right now? If it has aftermarket springs/shocks setup, would you do the swap with me? I can drive down to Vancouver since I live in Vancouver, BC. PM me. BTW, I have a 2001 CL Type S with 41000 miles on it.

The CL-S 6MT spring is different than a TL-S spring. If you can't get the originals back from the owner, I have a set of both TL-S and CL-S 6MT springs in my garage.

Both will fit but the CL-S spring is a bit stiffer.

Thanks folks...

ball4lyfe - I haven't bought the car yet, and it's out of region. I'd like to have them replaced before driving back across the country with the car. I'd be more than happy to sell the aftermarket springs to you though should I go through with the purchase.

Allout - What's your asking price with shipping to Parsippany, NJ 07054? I'd rather not take these on the plane if I can help it. Please PM me when you get a chance.

Thanks,
Loc

Okay, so I bought the car with the Comptech springs...they rock! No bouncing, just a solid and smooth ride and awesome handling. Won't be needing a set of OEM springs folks...besides I've got two sets now sitting in boxes.

Anybody want a set of 2003 CLS 6MT OEM springs? Sellin' 'em cheap...
