ok, i just started noticing this, but when im on the road going about 40-50 or faster, my sunroof starts to whistle. i can hear wind blowing in through it or something. it sounds like theres something not sealed. when i pop upthe monroof, it stops. my car is still under warranty, so i was thinking about taking it y there, not too excited about it though. anyone ever dealt with this problem. btw...mine is an 03 3.2 type s 6 speed and it only has 18000 miles!!

 

Well if it's going to to be under warranty, it will be fixed for free.

Likely the seal around the glass is bad or not seated correctly. The glass could be misaligned also. The rubber should sit flush with the roof when closed.
