what to do?

i have alot of back pressure coming from my engine. also i have a problem with my oil dipstick it looks like its pulling air in???? anybody have this problem?

When I had this problem with my 300zx, it was a bent valve. We took an air tank and screwed the end of a compression tester on it. We compressed all cylinders until we heard the leak.
