Hey,
I have a 1999 acura 3.0 cl and my headlights are ridiculously weak.
when I use them, it's almost as if I have no headlights on, and the high beams look like normal lights to me.

I just recently bought it in June, so I was wondering if this is with everyone's cars.

If I replace them will it be brighter?
Is there any way to install fog lights onto the car as well?

1. Headlight bulbs get dimmer over time even if they dont burn out.
2. Try wetsanding/polishing your headlights.
3. Your headlights maybe aimed too low.
4. Try to get new brighter bulbs like sylvania silverstars or similar.
