Warter in Headlight

I have a '03 CL~S w/65k miles. Last month water vapor started apearing in the right headlight. Now it is heavy droplets. Even in the direct Florida sun, it does not dissapate. I am afraid if this keeps up it may short the HID igniter and lamp ($1400). The local Acura dealer said it is a seal breach and it will cost $465 to fix !!!
They have to drop the complete bumper to get to it.
I have tried a heat gun and a 500watt halogen lamp, no luck.
Does anyone have a "do-it-yourself" alternative ???
Thank you in advance.

Look at the FAQ on clearing your headlights. That has headlight removal covered & even resealing. You can also buy a new headlight as well.
This is something you can do yourself. It's not that hard & only needs basic tools.
Bumper removal is also covered in the FAQ.
